Contextware Awarded NIH Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Company to Support NIH Business Process and Knowledge Management Requirements at NIH
ANNANDALE, VA, September 9, 2009 – Contextware, Inc., provider of software solutions that improve organization performance and productivity, today announced it has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for its software and consulting services. The BPA is effective August 26, 2009 and covers a one year period with no annual ceiling.
According to the terms of the BPA, NIH can access a complete catalog of services and Contextware software needed to facilitate greater knowledge sharing, capture and define processes, and improve productivity. These services include knowledge management, process management, performance support and Contextware’s award winning software delivered as a perpetual license or as a service.
